I. Exhibition highlights

1)Setting up a forum; the government forum is co-hosted by Capital Comprehensive Management Office and Beijing Public Security Bureau
   Theme: Building a World City - Leading Security Technology.
   Government departments in Bohai Rim region， security associations and excellent domestic and foreign enterprises will be invited to make
   suggestions on building Beijing into a world city， carrying out scientific guard and stimulating the development of economic regional security industry.
2)Capital Comprehensive Management Office and Beijing Public Security Bureau will advocate the achievements of 2010 Scientific Guard and
   Intensifying Police with Science.
3)Establishing safe urban construction exhibition areas， and displaying the commanding ability of urban governments in emergency responses;
   putting forward and improving the stable and harmonious modes of public safety， technology and protection construction concerning the
  “World City Building”， and giving good advices for the governments.  
   Set up a "Security Professional Training" exhibition area to promote the construction of China security personnel education and training
   industry chain.
4)Security Industry Technology Forum; Beijing Security and Protection Industry Association will host the three sub-forums such as financial
   safety， urban transport and security services， attract domestic and foreign security products， manufacturers， application providers and customers，
   coordinate the government departments to address application policies and needs of the security industry， conduct exchanges about hot and focal
   issues in key and emerging security industries， promote new technologies， new modes and new thinking， create security industry brands， and
   facilitate the healthy development of security industry.

VII. Exhibition procedure
1.An exhibitor fills the application form （contract) with a company seal， and mail or fax it to the Organizing Committee. The exhibitor shall，
  within one week， pay 50％ of participation fees as deposit or full amount， pay the balance by March 1， 2011，
  fax the transfer document to the Organizing Committee， otherwise the Committee will not retain the booth， with the deposit not refundable. 
2.The Organizing Committee will provide the Guide to Exhibitors to help exhibitors make preparations
3. Each member of the Beijing Security and Protection Industry Association is entitled for the discount of RMB 500 per booth.
